The Object Of This Contract Is The Supply, Services And Shows With Pyrotechnic Artifices For Exclusive Use By Experts Of The Major Festival Of The City Of Mataró, Les Santes 2026, Including The Pyrotechnic Assemblies And Technical Assistance In The Scheduled Popular Culture Events, As Well As The Pyrotechnic Shows Of The Castle Of Fires And The Thunderstorm At The End Of The Major Festival. The Provision Of The Services Subject To The Contract Include: 1. Design, Assembly, Execution And Disassembly Of The Pyrotechnic Services Described. 2. The Supply Of All Pyrotechnic And Auxiliary Material Necessary For The Shots. 3. The Contribution Of Specialized Technical Staff And The Necessary Auxiliary Staff, With The Exception Of Private Security And Access Control Staff. 4. Support Infrastructures And Specialized Vehicles. 5. Transport, Loading And Unloading. Excluded From This Contract Is The Supply Of Pyrotechnic Material Intended For Groups Of Consumers Recognized As Experts (Cre) Who Take Part In The Religious, Cultural And Traditional Festive Events Of The Festa Major De Les Santes. The Processing Of The Necessary Permits Before The Generalitat De Catalunya, The Government Delegation Or Other Bodies, Will Be In Charge Of The Mataró Town Council.
