The Object Of This Contract Is The Supply And Placement Of Furniture At The L’Ametller Municipal Nursery School In Reus. All Supplies And Materials Must Be Newly Acquired. The Supplies That Are The Subject Of This Procurement Must Conform To The Requirements Established In This Set Of Administrative Clauses And In The Set Of Particular Technical Prescriptions (Furniture Project Of The Municipal Nursery School (Ebm) L’Ametller De Reus), Which Are Contractual In Nature. The Characteristics Of The Object Appear In The Technical Specifications Sheet Attached As Annex 7. It Must Be Understood That The Mark, If Applicable, That Accompanies The Description Of Certain Articles Is Merely Indicative And Must Be Understood Followed By The Expression "Or Equivalent" In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 126.6 Of The Lcsp. When Reference Is Made To Quality Certificates Or Une-En Standards, Equivalent Certificates Issued By Bodies Established In Any Member State Of The European Union Will Be Recognized And Other Equivalent Quality Assurance Measurement Tests Presented By Employers Will Also Be Accepted.
