The Purpose Of This Submission Is (1) To Deal With The Large Complex Development And Infrastructure Projects Of The University Of Luxembourg, For The Next Four Years, And (2) To Deal With The Constant Increase In Small And Medium Projects For The Three Campuses Of The University (Belval, Limpertsberg And Kirchberg). At Present, The Various Projects Have Not Yet Been Clearly Established But The Contracting Authority Prefers To Ensure The Possibility Of Being Able To Request An Architect'S Office, A Consulting Engineering Office Or An Office Specializing In Project Management For Each Project, As The Framework Agreement Is Executed. The Size, Complexity, Nature And Budget Of Future Projects Will Vary. This Call For Tenders Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement, Fixed For Two (2) Years, Renewable Two (2) Times One (1) Year (2 + 1 + 1) On The Advice Of The University, In Order To Retain One Holder Per Lot Without Re-Competition, Recognized For His Expertise In The Field Of Architecture, Engineering And Project Management.
