The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Necessary Services To Carry Out The Correct Operation, Conservation And Maintenance Of The Sanitation System Of La Pobla De Mafumet, El Morell And Vilallonga Del Camp, According To The Instructions Included In The Particular Technical Specifications (Pptp) That Guarantee The Achievement Of The Quality Objectives Set In It And That Meet The Requirements Of Directive 91/271/Cee Of The Council, Of May 21 1991, On The Treatment Of Urban Waste Water And Royal Decree 509/1996, Of March 15, Implementing Royal Decree-Law 11/1995, Of December 28, Which Establishes The Rules Applicable To The Treatment Of Urban Waste Water. Likewise, The Contracted Services Must Ensure Good Operation, Maintenance And Conservation Of The Civil Works And Electromechanical Equipment That Guarantee The Continuity Of The Service, Avoiding Unforeseen Stoppages Due To Breakdowns, And Extending The Useful Life Of The Equipment Installed Following The Maintenance Specifications Contained In The Pptp.
