The Object Of This Contract Is The Execution Of The Works Corresponding To The Comprehensive Reform And Functional Adaptation Of The New Headquarters And Offices Of The Company Serveis D'Parcarments De Vilanova I La Geltrú, Sam, M.P. (Vng Car Parks). The Purpose Of The Works Is To Adapt The Premises To The Functional, Regulatory And Operational Requirements Of An Administrative Space With Public Service And Internal Management Functions, In Accordance With The Executive Project That Serves As The Basis For This Tender. The Contract Includes All The Actions Necessary For The Correct Execution Of The Intervention Defined In The Aforementioned Project, Including The Preliminary Work, The Construction And Interior Adaptation Works, The Installation Of The Facilities And The Completion Of The Finishes, As Well As All Those Auxiliary Actions That Are Necessary For Its Commissioning.
