The Proposed Actions Are Defined In The Evaluated Reports And Implementation Projects Approved By This Body And Written By The Agronomist, Mr. Xavi Llombart And Pubill. The Actions Described In These Projects, Promoted By The Regional Council Of Cerdanya, Are Part Of The Operation "Conservation And Maintenance Actions Of The Rural And Neighborhood Network Of Roads In Cerdanya" Financed By The Department Of Vice-Presidency And Digital Policies And Territory, Through The Grant With Resolution Ter/4799/2025, Of December 22, Which Approves The Advance Call For In 2026 Derived From The Regulatory Bases Of Subsidies For Actions To Improve And Maintain Roads In The Neighborhood And Rural Network In The Mountain Regions And Aran (Ref. Bdns 877440). The Contract Is Divided Into Five (4) Lots, As Specified In The Following Section, And In Accordance With The Forecasts Of The Project And In Order To Encourage And Facilitate The Participation Of Small And Medium-Sized Companies, In Accordance With What Is Established In Directive 2014/24/Eu And The Lcsp.
